Compared to our competitors, our production is characterised by an extremely high degree of flexibility, automation and very efficient and lean manufacturing processes. The plant in Nemours has 5 filling lines, also with a connection to an inline blow moulding machine, as well as 50 storage tanks for unprocessed materials and semi-finished or finished products. Our annual capacity can reach 150,000 tonnes.
Product safety is of great importance to us. We therefore have taken various measures to ensure compliance with all legal standards. We are constantly developing new procedures to raise our standards to an ever higher level. In addition, external laboratories are involved to carry out various tests to verify and confirm our own results. This enables us to make products that comply with the Detergents Regulation or the Biocides Regulation.
It is our executive decision to permanently apply a standards-based holistic management system for all processes. We guarantee this through an annual external audit, which certifies companies according to ISO 9001. We are currently in the process of obtaining EMAS certification, which is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2021. This standard confirms that sustainability and energy efficiency are central issues, important to our company. Product, process and test equipment controls are instruments that are applied at all times in order to be able to offer high-quality products to our customers and thus ultimately to the end user. Controls are planned, carried out and evaluated by a qualified laboratory team whose expertise also includes microbiology. Trained personnel in production and filling ensure that production is carried out according to the established rules and test intervals.
